Hydrogen Peroxide Rinse
Hydrogen peroxide may not taste the greatest, but it can kill bacteria in your mouth that may be causing your discomfort. If you’re suffering from a headache, fever and toothache, it’s likely that you have an infection in your mouth. Grab some ice and place it in a ziplock bag, or buy an ice pack. Wrap the cold pack in a thin cloth and apply it to your cheek that’s parallel to your tooth that’s in pain for 15 to 20 minutes. You can also massage an ice cub into your cheek, but be careful that you’re not doing this longer than a few minutes and make it a point to keep the ice constantly moving.
