How long should you swish? You should be swishing your mouthwash around for at least 30 seconds. Anywhere up to 60 seconds is good. To be honest, less than 30 seconds probably won’t do very much for you, and longer than 60 seconds is more than enough time for the ingredients to do their job.
When will you see the results? It’s vital that you stay patient with your mouthwash and its duties. For example, if the mouthwash you just started using promises that it’ll provide you with whiter and brighter teeth, make sure you give it a few weeks to deliver on that promise.
